Hey, I'm Nicole Rizkallah, LMFT

Culture is touchstone in my life, and as founder of Orari, I strive to cultivate a space for deep healing. I'm passionate about evidence-based and effective therapy interventions that honor the way we function as humans. To learn more about our approach to therapy, click here.

Raised with values of honesty, hospitality, and humor, I recognize the importance of meeting you precisely where you are. Every person carries stories about their identity, shaped by their families and the world around them. I have personally navigated my own history and intergenerational trauma, reclaiming parts of myself that were lost and shedding the burdens that were never mine to carry.

As a therapist, my path toward this profession has been deeply entwined with my own personal longing for meaning and purpose. Growing up as a first-generation American, I grappled with the challenges of code-switching and the feeling of not fully belonging to either my Middle Eastern or American community. I firmly believe that one's sense of identity and communal belonging is foundational to a well-lived life.

I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families to heal emotional wounds. I am well aware of the temptation in the realm of healing and personal growth to view our weaknesses as obstacles to overcome, rather than elements that add to the richness of our humanity. Instead, I encourage embracing our vulnerabilities as part of what makes us beautifully human.

Your vision will become clear only when you can look into your own heart.

Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes. -Carl Jung

My Approach

100% Human. 100% Professional.

  • I bring a deeply human, fully professional presence to the therapy room.
  • I believe therapy is a collaborative process—you're not a case to solve, but a person to walk alongside.
  • I guide with clarity, warmth, and a grounded sense of purpose.
  • I meet my clients with empathy and deep respect for their unique stories.
  • My focus is on helping you heal from family of origin trauma, negative life experiences, and become more whole so that your capacity increases to:
  • Withstand the struggles and emotional pain that life inevitably brings
  • Increase life purpose and desire to have peace and confidence
  • Show up in relationships with more security and authenticity
  • I offer a space that is both safe and gently challenging—a space where real growth can take root.
