Hey, I'm Ashley Park, LAMFT

I believe healing comes about when one life meets another with presence, care, and compassion; it begins within genuine encounters in both the struggles and celebrations that life brings us. Particularly in moments of pain and messiness, we can often lose touch with our sense of self–our strengths, confidence, direction, voice, and worth.

As a collaborative therapist, I work with you to rediscover and recover the fullness of who you are, respecting your resilience, lived experiences, and humanness.

I understand the courage it takes to begin therapy, and my goal is to create a space where you can explore past/current hurts, experiences, and emotions at your own pace. I will walk alongside you as you reconnect with yourself, offering both warm validation and direct challenges that support your journey of change, recovery, and healing.

As someone from an immigrant background, I am aware of the challenges and complexities that come with adapting to a new culture and environment. Growing up as a Korean American, my dual ethnic identity provides me with an understanding of how culture can shape our worldview, relationships, and personal narratives. This allows me to offer a culturally sensitive, inclusive approach to healing, where I can honor your unique identity, values, and experiences.

My clinical work spans a broad range of challenges, including trauma, sexual abuse, OCD, eating disorders, and relationship difficulties.

I integrate advanced approaches like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) to support healing and change in individuals, families, and couples. Additionally, I am certified in Gottman Level I couples counseling and Prepare/Enrich. I offer sliding scale options for those needing financial flexibility.

Whether you are seeking to heal from past wounds, deepen your relationships, or navigate life transitions, I invite you to connect when you are ready. I am here to help you take empowered steps towards the life and relationships you want.

Therapy is not about becoming someone new—it's about coming home to who you've always been.
