Supervision, Consultation, & Workshops

Whether you're deepening your therapeutic presence or working toward certification in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Orari offers supervision and consultation rooted in attunement and experiential growth. Orari also offers workshops to support clinicians at every stage of their learning.

Clinical Supervision

As an approved supervisor through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (AZBBHE), I offer clinical supervision for associate-level therapists pursuing licensure in Marriage and Family Therapy or Licensed Professional Counselor. I also work with clinicians employed at other practices who are seeking additional support in Emotionally Focused Therapy, systemic thinking, and experiential approaches to growth as a therapist.

Our work together centers not only on skill development and theoretical grounding, but also on cultivating your presence, voice, and clinical integrity. We will explore best practices for documentation, ethical decision-making, client engagement, and staying within your scope of practice—always with a commitment to being both legally sound and relationally attuned.

Supervision is a space for reflection, refinement, and growing into the kind of therapist you’re meant to be: ethical, effective, and deeply human.

EFT Supervision & Consultation

As a certified therapist in Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFCT), Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), and Emotionally Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), and a Supervisor-in-Training for EFCT, I offer supervision and consultation for therapists seeking to deepen their practice and/or move toward EFT certification.

Whether you’re just beginning to engage the model or refining your skill toward certification, our work together will support the development of your self-of-the-therapist (SOT), sharpen your ability to implement interventions with intention, and expand your fluency in the EFT tango. We will privilege the heart of the model—not just as a set of tools, but as a way of being with clients that honors both emotion and attachment as primary.

Supervision is a space of exploring isomorphism: the safety and attunement we co-create directly supports your ability to offer the same to your clients. This work is never about perfection—it's about practicing presence, cultivating confidence in the model through competency, and ensuring that both therapist and client well-being are supported through ethical, attuned, and effective care.

Self-understanding is not optional. It is the sine qua non of effective therapy—and supervision. -Irvin Yalom
