Frequently Asked Questions
Get Started
You're welcome to reach out by scheduling directly through our secure portal. We offer a complimentary 20-minute consultation to answer any questions and ensure Orari feels like the right fit for you. You may also contact us directly thought info@orarihealingtherapy.com or 480-744-7828.
Once your initial intake session is scheduled, you'll receive a link to create a private online profile. There, you can complete the intake forms at your own pace. We ask that all paperwork be submitted before your first session so we can begin our work together with care and intention.
Fees and Payment
Fees are determined by length of sessions and payment is due at the time of service. All session fees are discussed during your phone consultation and communicated prior to any scheduled appointments.
We accept cash or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or FSA/HSA cards).
Insurance
We do not take insurance but encourage you to reach out to your insurance provider to see if they offer full or partial reimbursement for benefits outside-of-network. If so, we can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
We accept FSA/HSA cards to pay for services.
Policies
48 hours prior to your session, we send both an email and text notification allowing you to make adjustments to your appointment. We require a 24-hour changed or cancellation notification. Notifications outside of that window result in a full-session charge, except in the case of emergencies.
We are not able to complete paperwork related to ESA or FMLA, but are happy to make referrals for your needs.
Medication Support
While we don’t prescribe medication as part of our work, we recognize that for some, psychiatric support can be an important part of healing. If it feels appropriate, we can help connect you with experienced medical providers we trust. We’re also here to explore together what role, if any, medication might play in supporting your emotional well-being.
Virtual Therapy
We provide telehealth therapy for all Arizona-based clients located outside of the Greater Phoenix Region or who have schedules that do not allow for consistent in-person sessions. Virtual therapy requires that you have a private and safe space. If you have any questions, please ask during your initial phone consultation to see if virtual therapy and your treatment goals are a good fit.
Client-Centered
Client-centered care means we want to customize our treatment to your particular state in life, goals, and resources. Therapy requires a personal and financial investment, and we operate with full transparency as to what we do and why we do. Client care is our top priority and our ethical guidepost is ensuring that you have the best support available to you. Sometimes, this means we partner with you to find a better suited provider for your treatment goals, location, and resources. Whatever the case, we can customize length of sessions and type of treatment to work for you and to meet you exactly where you are.
Good Faith Estimate
We believe in being open and transparent about the cost of your care. Before starting therapy, we’ll provide an estimate so you know what to expect. Together, you and your therapist will collaborate on the length and pace of your healing journey, always keeping your needs and comfort at the center.
